Quote: "Russian occupants damaged a district hospital in Balakliia. The building has been partly destroyed. Patients and medical staff require immediate evacuation. There are around 70 patients and medical staff. We are working on organising the evacuation to save people."
Details: Syniehubov noted that Balakliia is a temporarily occupied territory in the Kharkiv region. The city’s mayor collaborated with the occupants.
"Russian fire directed against civilians is an attempt to blame the Armed Forces of Ukraine for the attack on civilians. This is one more cynical lie by Russian propaganda and a military provocation", Syniehubov says.
