The deputy head of the Nova Sloboda amalgamated territorial administration in Sumy region has been captured by the Russian military.

Details: According to Zhyvytsky, Olexiy Shibayev has been held by the Russian military since 1 April.
He was captured at Russian Forces checkpoint near the village of Peresepky, in Putivl district.
Shibayev was accompanying a convoy carrying humanitarian supplies.
