The Ukrainian army has long deserved to be ranked higher than the Russian army - Zelenskyy

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy is convinced that the Ukrainian army should have been placed higher than the Russian army in the global rankings for some time.

Quote: "At present, virtually the entire combat-ready part of the invaders’ army is concentrated on the territory of our state and the border areas of Russia. They have amassed against Ukraine almost everyone and almost everything that can fight us.

Therefore, in this confrontation, in this defence, in full view of the whole world, we are actually resisting the army that used to be considered the second or third most powerful.

And the way our Armed Forces are holding on, the way our entire nation is boldly defending itself shows that the Ukrainian army has long deserved to be placed higher than the Russian army in the global rankings."

Details: Zelensky stressed that if Ukraine had access to all the weapons it needs, which its partners have and which are comparable to the weapons used by Russia, it would have ended the war long ago and liberated its territories.

"Because the superiority of the Ukrainian military in tactics and wisdom is quite evident," he added.
