Head of the Military Administration of the Luhansk Region Serhii Haidai has said that the evacuation of civilians from Kreminna is impossible due to constant shelling. But several people are being evacuated in other communities.

Quote: "We haven’t stopped evacuating people, it takes place daily… We get more than 100 people out every day.
Even if only 2 or 5 people say they want to leave, we will pick them up and take them away if it is still possible. Unfortunately, this is no longer possible in Kreminna.
Even in places where fighting is going on - Rubizhne and Popasna - there are still certain places where we can get people out. Today we got people out of both Rubizhne and Popasna. It was a small number of people because it's dangerous there."
Details: According to Haidai, there are still up to 70,000 people who have not been evacuated in the Luhansk region.
He added that these are mainly elderly people or those who think "it will fly past and won't affect them".
He also reported that on 22 April, an evacuation is planned on the territory of the Lysychansk city territorial community for bedridden people, wheelchair users, deaf-mute and blind people, and their pets.
Haidai urged people to take care of those who can’t take care of themselves, those who are disabled or bedridden or have been abandoned by relatives, and to help them with the evacuation.
