Haidai's quote: "We try not to even talk about how we transport people to certain railway stations, which stations help us, because as soon as we announce it somewhere on air, the Russian military immediately fires on it.
Here is an example: we asked people to leave, evacuate, because there will be trouble. Tonight the situation changed dramatically, there was a very difficult battle there."
Details: According to the head of the regional state administration, there are approximately 50,000 people left in the region, accounting for all the settlements controlled by Ukraine. In the occupied cities, Russian mercenaries look for men, immediately detain them, and send them to fight against Ukraine.
Haidai also noted that as far as local authorities in the occupied territories are concerned, most of the leaders have either left for the controlled territories of Ukraine or are not cooperating with the occupiers, although there are several collaborators.
Background: Haidai called on residents of the region to evacuate before it is too late. He asked Ukrainians to take more responsibility for their lives and leave the area where the fighting is taking place.
