Civilians, including women and children, are sheltering on the territory of the Azovstal plant in Mariupol.

Quote from Mykhailo Vershynin: "There are indeed many civilians on the territory of the Azovstal plant, including women, children, elderly people and infants."
Quote from Arsen Avakov: "There are many people in bunkers at Azovstal - women, elderly people, children. [They are living] in terrible conditions, without medicines, food or water."
Details: It is noted that these people have been hiding from the shelling in warehouses at the plant.
To cover up their crimes, the Russians are using the remaining civilian population in Mariupol to dig up rubble, collect bodies, and make mass graves. People "work" for food.
The Russians are forcing civilians to wear a white bandage - on the right leg and the left arm - as in the military of the Russian Federation and the so-called "Donetsk People's Republic". In this way they force local residents into the rank of combatants and intentionally send them to firing points, where people may die.
About 100,000 civilians currently remain in Mariupol.
