Exchange of fire between fighters from certain areas of Donetsk and Luhansk regions and Rosgvardiya in Nova Kakhovka – the Head of the Region

On 16 April there was an exchange of fire among Russian troops in the occupied Nova Kakhovka in the Kherson region, the Head of the Mykolaiv regional military administration Vitalii Kim reported.
