Russian army shells Kharkiv again on the evening of 16 April

Kharkiv was shelled again on the evening of 16 April. As a result, one person was killed and two were injured.

Quote: "There has just been another shelling in one of the districts of Kharkiv; one person was killed and two were injured. Now they are in hospital, and our doctors are saving their lives.
This shelling is being done deliberately to sow chaos and intimidate people, because the first shelling was in the market area. Today is Saturday, people had gone to buy food and other things, and that’s the time when the shelling happened. That is a deliberate genocide against the Ukrainian people, the Ukrainian nation, and the city of Kharkiv - there is no other way to describe the actions of the enemy, the aggressor, the Russian troops."
Background: On 16 April, two people were killed and 32 were injured in a morning missile attack in Kharkiv.
