Russian troops shell oil refinery in Luhansk region

Russian forces in Ukraine shelled the Lysychansk Oil Refinery on 16 April, according to Head of the Luhansk Regional Administration Serhiy Haidai.

Quote: "In the morning, the orcs hit the oil refinery, a 5000 sq.m. fire broke out, it is still being put down.

This is not the first time the oil refinery has been targeted. It has been systematically hit to exhaust the resources of the State Emergency Services.

There is no fuel there. It is the residual oil sludge that’s burning."

Details: Haidai stressed that the Russians were also continuously shelling residential areas of Lysychansk.
