39 warships and boats gathered near occupied Sevastopol – Intelligence

According to intelligence, there are 39 Russian warships and boats near the city of Sevastopol in the Russian-occupied Crimea. The cruiser "Moskva" is not among them.

Details: As of 15 April, 39 warships/boats were noticed near the bays of Sevastopol.

Including:

  • 9 large landing ships
  • 5 submarines
  • 2 hovercraft
  • 5 small anti-submarine ships
  • 2 small missile ships
  • 2 guard ships
  • 3 anti-sabotage boats
  • 1 medium reconnaissance ship
  • 2 missile boats
  • 2 small rocket boats
  • 3 minesweepers
  • 1 patrol boat
  • 2 patrol ships

In comparison to 10 April, there has been the addition of two large landing ships and one small anti-submarine ship, and the departure of two small missile ships, a patrol ship, two anti-sabotage boats, and one naval minesweeper.

However, no missile cruiser "Moskva" was noticed within the bays of Sevastopol. The sinking of "Moskva" was officially confirmed by the Russian authorities, although they failed to admit that the cruiser with an air defence system on board was hit by the Ukrainian military.

Intelligence also has data on the presence of a group of ships and vessels of the Ukrainian Navy in the waters of occupied Sevastopol, seized by the Russian Federation during the occupation of Crimea in 2014.

These are, in particular: the submarine "Zaporozhzhia"; "Slavutych" control ship; three small anti-submarine ships "Lutsk", "Ternopil" and "Khmelnytskyi"; two minesweepers "Cherkasy" and "Chernihiv"; sea ​​tug "Kremenets"; torpedo boat "Kherson".
