Russian troops shell Kharkiv residential neighbourhoods: 8 killed, 42 wounded

Russian occupying troops shelled a residential neighbourhood in Kharkiv, killing 8 people, including a 7-month-old infant, and wounding 42 more.

Note: Earlier it was reported that 7 people were killed in the shelling and 34 wounded, but the number of casualties has since increased.
According to Syniehubov: "The number of people killed in the shelling of the residential neighbourhood on 15 April has increased to 8, and the number of wounded to 42."
Details: This information has been confirmed by Maksym Houstov, Head of the Kharkiv Regional Department of Health.
Houstov said that local Emergency Service received a call about "a large number of casualties during the shelling of the Kharkiv Tractor Factory neighbourhood" at 16:16. Twenty nine ambulance crews were deployed at the scene.
Among the wounded there are 9 children and 33 adults.
Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration reported that Russian occupying forces shelled one of Kharkiv’s residential neighbourhoods. One of the victims was a 7-month-old infant, Syniehubov said.
He added that "the second-best army in the world" is capable of fighting only with civilians, and urged Kharkiv residents to stay put and avoid the streets where possible.
