The Security Service of Ukraine records the facts of Russia’s gross violations of the Geneva Convention and other international laws about the treatment of prisoners of war.

Details: According to Dekhtiarenko, the Security Service of Ukraine has a record in which the Russian torturer brags to his friend about the atrocities he committed against Ukrainian prisoners of war. It is stated that the special service has already established his identity.
"Prisoners were brought in, f*ck, I tortured them… b*tch, f*ck, and I cut off fingers, and I cut off hands! Put them on a shovel, on a brick: "aaaaa", he yells!"
He admits that even his fellow servicemen are surprised by his cruelty: "Salavat, where does such savageness come from?!".
Quote of Dekhtiarenko: "And the Security Service of Ukraine already knows where it comes from. This is a 27-year-old Astrakhan[city in Russia] villain Salavat Sarsenov. He, a professional soldier, came to Ukrainian soil with war and unsuccessfully tries to advance in the Zaporizhzhia front.
I wonder if his mother, Zulfiya Sarsenova, knows about such "feats" of her son? Because the Security Service of Ukraine is already documenting them as part of criminal proceedings. So, if the ‘savage’ manages to survive, he will certainly be brought to justice."
