Russia has launched a plan of terrorist attacks: they are shelling themselves and blaming Ukrainians – the centre at the National Security and Defence Council

Russia's special services have begun implementing a plan to carry out terrorist attacks on their territory to fuel anti-Ukrainian hysteria.

Details: As of 14 April, there have been several alleged "terrorist attacks" on the Russian border, in which the Russian leadership accuses the Ukrainian sabotage and reconnaissance groups, in particular:

Propaganda media, citing the governor of the Kursk region, said that on 13 April the Russian border patrol in the Korenevsky district was shelled. The report states that the shelling took place from a forest strip on Ukrainian territory.

The Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation reported that on 14 April, Ukraine fired at a border checkpoint in the Bryansk region; as a result two cars were damaged and no one was injured.

According to "Ukrainska Pravda", by noon their testimony "changed" – it turned out that "two houses" had been shelled. The Russians claimed that seven people were injured, including a "pregnant woman and a child".

Later, the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation stated that "two Ukrainian combat helicopters invaded the airspace of the Russian Federation and fired on a village in the Bryansk region".
