Russian military personnel are preventing civilians from leaving the besieged city of Mariupol for the second day in a row.

Quote: "The situation in the city remains extremely difficult. Even residents using their private transport are barred from leaving for the second day in a row. Those corridors that worked at least one way have now also stopped operating, unfortunately."
Details: According to Pavlo Kyrylenko, there are still some civilians in other settlements in the Donetsk region, although most of them have been evacuated.
