According to Syniehubov: "Russians are once again attacking peaceful civilians. During the day the occupiers shelled civilian infrastructure in Balakliia and Pisochyn; there was intense shelling in Zolochev and Derhachi.
Unfortunately, there are dead and wounded among the civilians. Currently we know of 11 who were injured and 10 who were killed, including 1 child."
Details: Syniehubov said that the city of Izyum remains the region’s hot spot.
"Our army has had some success there: at night the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed a convoy of enemy tanks and are holding their positions, preventing the relocation of [Russian] forces to the Luhansk and Donetsk regions," he noted.
Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration added that there are currently no grounds for mass evacuation of Kharkiv residents.
Residents of the cities of Lozova and Barvinkove in the Kharkiv region are being evacuated.
