On Sunday, 10 April, the occupying forces shelled almost the entire town of Sievierodonetsk.

Details: According to Serhii Haidai’s information, the Russians hit two residential buildings and a private clinic in Sievierodonetsk; the town’s infrastructure has been almost completely destroyed. This Sunday, another two residential buildings in Sievierodonetsk were damaged.
Quote: "In the morning, residential buildings in a new part of Sievierodonetsk were burning, and during the day the Russians opened fire on the whole town.
"Many of the windows that had still remained intact were smashed. Two residential buildings were seriously damaged, as well as a private clinic. The social and critical infrastructure of Sievierodonetsk has already been almost completely destroyed."
Background: According to the head of the Luhansk Regional State Administration, Serhii Haidai: "The ‘orcs’ ([Russian troops - ed.] are destroying everything. It’s impossible to rescue people because the aggressors are bombing right and left."
