Details: Eyewitnesses noticed a convoy of military vehicles of the Belarusian Armed Forces standing on the R-23 highway from Minsk towards Slutsk at 20:00 (Minsk time).
Earlier, a part of this large convoy was seen near the Mikhanovichy village near Minsk at 17:30. The convoy included not only S-300 missile systems, but also MAZ trucks and 5N66 low altitude detection radar.
The two convoys merged into one. Eyewitnesses shot a video at the intersection of the R-23 and M1 highways and shared it with journalist Anton Motol’ko.
The video displays at least four S-300 complexes.
They assume that the convoy is moving at night so that fewer eyewitnesses can record its movements.
Reference: S-300 are medium-range surface-to-air missile systems manufactured in the USSR. Ukrainian authorities hope to receive these complexes from the member states of the North Atlantic Alliance, primarily from Slovakia.
