Russians launch missile strike in the Odesa region, leaving casualties

Russian troops have struck a settlement in the Odesa district of the Odesa region with three missiles.

Quote: "The enemy has just struck a settlement in the Odesa region with three missiles from the Iskander missile system, launched from Crimea. There are casualties."
The head of the Odesa military administration has not provided additional details.
At the same time, he promised that the Russians "would regret every launch of missiles and every shelling of our land."
"Pivden" (South) Operational Command later stated that the Russians had attempted to hit critical infrastructure in the Odesa region, but the missiles failed to hit the aggressors’ planned targets.
Quote from "Pivden" Operational Command: "Just now, during rocket attacks on the Odesa region, the enemy has insidiously tried to hit critical infrastructure, the striking of which could endanger civilians.
Thanks to the timely and effective response of the Air Defence Forces, the missiles did not hit the enemy’s planned targets. The situation is under the control of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The circumstances surrounding this incident are being confirmed."
