Russia is moving missile complexes to the city of Gomel near the Ukrainian border, thus actively involving Belarus in perpetrating its military aggression.

Source: Hanna Malyar, Deputy Minister of Defence, in the joint broadcast of Ukrainian TV channels, cited in Ukrinform

According to Malyar: "The enemy has not abandoned their plans to capture the Donetsk and Luhansk regions completely. They also have their eyes on the Kharkiv region, where they are trying to strengthen their positions, regroup their troops, and fortify their positions.

We are currently seeing missile complexes being moved to the area around Gomel, where the enemy are trying to concentrate them. They are apparently planning to carry out missile strikes or deploy them [the missile complexes] there to blackmail and threaten us.

The Belarusian territory continues to be actively used by the Russian Federation to perpetrate its aggression."

Details: Milyar thinks that Russian forces have not abandoned any of their goals. Even the withdrawal of troops from the Kyiv and Chernihiv regions is not so much their deliberate decision, but rather the outcome of the work of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
