Verbatim: "Today, my heart is filled with anger. Today, pure evil that has no explanation, no name, had its way. Today, Russia, led by Putin, raided a peaceful city, shelling a children's hospital, destroying what we value the most.

"They wanted to take the lives of our children, women, doctors, who have been fighting for the lives of children who were under fire from the aggressor's weapons for 14 days of war.  How can one explain this? How can one describe this?

"There is no explanation for this. This is cynicism, genocide committed by Russia on our land. Today, we ask, we beg our partners for help. We ask for a no-fly zone over Ukraine to stop this genocide raging across the whole country.

"We are being killed. We are being eliminated as a people. We are being erased from the map of Ukraine. Us. Ukrainians.

"I am certain the time will come when all these people face The Hague [tribunal]. And this war crime will be punished, and the perpetrators will burn in hell. I have no doubt about that.

"However, we need help today. Our spirit is unbreakable. We will stand until the end. We have motivated soldiers and officers who defend our homeland. We respect our heroes, love and appreciate their heroism and feat. Ukraine is our country, and we love it. Glory to Ukraine!"
