Quote: "At half past five in the morning we received a message from the Russian Federation confirming the approval of the routes proposed by us earlier, and also regarding the letter sent to the "Red Cross" with such approval. We sent our letter to the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC). Currently Denys Shmyhal is speaking on the phone with the [ICRC] President Peter Maurer to confirm such an agreement. Troops have agreed to a ceasefire from 9:00 until 21:00. The following corridors will be opened:
Enerhodar – Zaporizhzhya
Sumy – towards Poltava
From Mariupol – towards Zaporizhzhya
Volnovakha – towards the town of Pokrovsk
Izum – Lozova
Also, in the Kyiv region: from Bucha, Vorzel, Irpin, Borodyanka, and Hostomel to Kyiv via Stoyanka and Bilhorodka.
I would like to separately note about Vorzel. Fifty children and 25 staff are currently there in the orphanage "Malyatko". There will be a separate special operation concerning this orphanage. We would like to ask Russian troops to adhere to the commitments made."
