Mykolaiv is ready to meet the Russians with burning tires
Mykolaiv residents have within a few hours supplied the city with car tires to help the Ukrainian Armed Forces to stop the Russian invaders.

Quote: "[Our] people are beauties, within a few hours our entire city, all intersections are covered in tires! Everyone is waiting for their orders and know what to do.
"First: no burning without my order. Because our military vehicles are moving around the city, and there is no sight of the enemy in the city. That is a preventative measure, so that they didn’t have options.
"Second: If this is needed, I will tell you, which side to do it from, so that it does not spread into the city. Now, it is of utmost importance that we do not burn our own tires etc.
"Third: The emeny is gathering strength, advancing towards the city. Their task is to set up fixed positions on the outskirts, they do not even have the order to break into the city – they want to blockade us.".
Details: According to Kim, both the intentions and the level of morale of the invaders are known, many of them are surrendering.
Earlier, the Head of Mykolaiv Regional Administration said that Russian invaders meant to take Mykolaiv at any cost. He advised the city’s residents to set up car tires at each intersection and to set those on fire should the Russian troops break into the city.
