Zelenskyy on Russian atrocities: “Hear me, world! In 2022, a child has died of dehydration!”

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy called on the world to understand the scale of the inhumane actions of the Russian invaders in Ukraine who continue to violate the rules of war.

Quote: "The aggressor deliberately disconnects communications. They deliberately block the supply of food and water. They turn off electricity.
"In Mariupol, for the first time in decades, for the first time since the Nazi invasion, a baby died of dehydration.
"Hear me, today, dear partners! From dehydration. The child died. In 2022!"
Details: The President stressed that the blame for every death of every person in Ukraine from air strikes and in blockaded cities lies with the Russian State and the Russian Army. At the same time, the President also said that this responsibility is shared by those unable to make the decision to close Ukraine’s sky from Russian air strikes.
