Details: Medinskiy said that the Russian delegation arrived at the negotiations with draft documents. The Ukrainian side did not sign them but took them "for consideration".
Quote: "We failed to get a signature.
Our expectations of the new round of talks have not been met, but we hope that next time we will be able to take a more significant step forward."
Details: Medinskiy confirmed a statement by Mykhaylo Podolyak, an adviser to the head of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, that humanitarian corridors were among the issues discussed during the talks.
Background: Mykhaylo Podolyak said that "some positive results" had been achieved during the third round of talks on humanitarian corridors, but there were no results that significantly improved the situation with regard to Russian aggression in Ukraine.
A senior US State Department official has said that almost 100% of Russia’s combat capabilities deployed for the invasion are already in Ukraine.
