Deputy Head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration Roman Semenukha reported that Russian occupiers have suggested that he begin negotiating about the transfer of power in the region.

Details: Semenukha published a screenshot of their conversation.
He received a message urging him not to let the situation escalate into a humanitarian disaster and to begin discussing "safety guarantees." He responded the same way the Ukrainian border patrol on Zmiyinyy island responded to the Russian ship.
