Leaders of Kharkiv Regional State Administration have rejected Russian suggestions they should capitulate and negotiate

Deputy Head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration Roman Semenukha reported that Russian occupiers have suggested that he begin negotiating about the transfer of power in the region.

According to Semenukha: "The Russians have suggested I capitulate. They’re funny! Soon we will win!"

Details: Semenukha published a screenshot of their conversation.

He received a message urging him not to let the situation escalate into a humanitarian disaster and to begin discussing "safety guarantees." He responded the same way the Ukrainian border patrol on Zmiyinyy island responded to the Russian ship.
