Third round of negotiations underway

The third round of negotiation between the delegations of Ukraine and Russia has commenced in Belovezhskaya Pushcha.

Details: The Russian Embassy in Belarus announced the start of the third round of talks.
Podoliak, speaking to Ukrainska Pravda at 4:20 PM, announced that the negotiations were set to start in a few minutes.
Background: On 3 March, it was reported that the Russian and Ukrainian sides had reached an agreement during the second round of talks on the joint facilitation of humanitarian corridors for the evacuation of civilians from fighting hotspots.
Russian occupying forces have not adhered to the ceasefire agreement, which is necessary to establish humanitarian corridors and access for humanitarian cargo. Instead, they have said that they can assist in evacuating residents of those Ukrainian cities most affected by fighting to Belarus and Russia.
