Russia has told Ukraine that it can end the war at any moment if Kyiv fulfils Moscow's "conditions".
The Kremlin also claims that it is already completing the "demilitarisation of Ukraine".
Source: Putin's spokesman Dmitry Peskov, quoted by RIA Novosti
Peskov said: "We are actually completing the demilitarisation of Ukraine. We will complete it. But the main thing is for Ukraine to stop its hostilities. They must stop their hostilities, and then no one will shoot.
"They must amend their constitution to give up any goal of Ukraine joining any bloc. We also talked about the fact that they must recognise that Crimea is Russian territory and that they must recognise Donetsk and Luhansk [People's Republics -ed.] as independent states. And that's all. It can stop at any moment".
Details: In his extensive comments, Peskov said nothing about the "denazification" of Ukraine, which was one of Russia's two stated main reasons for starting the war.
