Zelenskyy: We won't forgive. It will be Judgement Day instead of Forgiveness Sunday

The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, stated that on Forgiveness Sunday Ukraine does not forgive and will never forgive the Russian aggressors.

Quote: "It is Forgiveness Sunday today, a day when we always apologise to each other, to everyone, to God. But it seems that a lot of people have forgotten what day it is today. They have forgotten to say the required words ‘forgive me’ and the required answer ‘God will forgive, so do I.’ It seems like these words have become meaningless, at least in part, after everything we`ve been through.

We will not forgive bombed residential buildings; we will not forgive a missile downed today by our air defence system over Okhmatdit and more than 500 other missiles that have already struck our land, our people, and our children. We will not forgive shootings of unarmed people, damage to infrastructure, hundreds of victims, and the suffering of many thousands. And God will not forgive – not today, not tomorrow, never.

I`m convinced it will be a Judgement Day instead of Forgiveness Sunday."
