Oleksiy Reznikov, the Minister of Defence: We have shifted the economy to a military focus

The Minister of Defenсe Oleksiy Reznikov has stated that Ukraine must work to fight the aggressor, adding that the economy has been put on a military track.

Quote: "Plants and factories continue working, filling military orders, repairing equipment, converting captured equipment into weapons for the Ukrainian army. In order to fight, the country has to work, every citizen in their own role. If you had to evacuate, Reznikov stressed, find something to do wherever you currently are– your help is needed everywhere.

Background: According to current estimates of the National Bank, Ukraine's Gross Domestic Product is now only half of what it was before the war.
