The Mykolayiv region local government urges people not to pick up the unexploded ordinance or its fragments. This has already led to the death of a young boy.

According to Kim: "The news is devastating. There have been casualties among the civilian population: a mother was killed by shrapnel in Kalinovka– her two children survived. We are figuring out [how to help them] now; and a young boy picked up a cassette from a Tornado missile– it exploded in his hands.

There’s a mayor who says that someone brought a shell to his office– just picked it up in a field and brought it. Don’t do that. The munitions have a self-destruction system, the shell can explode at any moment."

Details: Kim urged everyone who sees ammunition, or fragments of ammunition on the street to call rescue services.

Kim also announced better news: according to intelligence, Russian forces are very demoralised. They are "fleeing back to their headquarters" but from there "they are pushed back out."

According to the head of the Regional Military Administration, now is the time to drive the Russian occupiers out even further, and to take the equipment they leave behind as compensation.

According to Kim: "You take everything! This is our compensation. Our intelligence has intercepted conversations to suggest that they are fleeing now. They are in need of diesel fuel. Do not give them diesel fuel. Do not give them anything. Pour it out, burn it, but do not give it to the enemy."
