Russian troops continue ruthlessly to fire shells at residential houses and cars, killing civilians – even children – in Bucha, near Kyiv.

According to the City Council: "Russian troops continue to fire shells at houses and cars, killing civilians – even children – and to loot stores.

It is impossible to deliver humanitarian aid: the community is encircled by the invaders.

Every day we are receiving almost a thousand messages from the residents of Bucha and the nearby villages about the need for food and water and the need to restore communications."

Details: The City Council reports that the Bucha municipality has been without electricity, heat, communications, and internet for several days.

Residents are also asking for help for the sick and those who have not been able to find their relatives for several days.

A significant number of residents are sheltering in their basements.

Earlier, it was reported that it was impossible to evacuate people from Bucha and Hostomel, near Kyiv. According to the locals, the Russian occupying forces are shooting even at civilians.

In the Kyiv region, the Russian occupiers have not provided a "green corridor" for the evacuation of the civilian population and did not allow volunteer aid to enter the towns requiring it.
