Russian missile hits private house in Korosten: one dead, two wounded

One person died and two were wounded during a Russian missile strike on the residential area of the town of Korosten in the Zhytomyr region.

According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine: "After a missile strike on the residential area of the town of Korosten, one person died and two were wounded. 10 private houses were destroyed, one of them caught on fire."
Details: 5 children were rescued from a basement.
According to the police, several houses were completely destroyed and several more suffered damage to the walls, roofs, and windows.
Currently work is underway to restore communications and clear away the debris.
Investigative teams from local police departments are working at the scene. They are documenting the consequences of Russia’s war crimes and providing the necessary assistance to the people.
