Prosecutor General says she's monitoring how Russian POWs are being held

Ukraine's Office of the Prosecutor General (OPG) is taking all measures to monitor that the law is being followed when detaining and speaking with Russian prisoners of war.

Details: The OPG is also launching a unified platform to gather information on war crimes to accumulate a database for Ukrainian courts and international institutions. 

Background: Ukrainian defenders shared a list of Russian POWs covering a week of the war with Ukraine. The preliminary list of POWs includes 116 people.
