Russian troops drops powerful unguided bombs on Chernyhiv – Regional Administration

Russia is bombing residential neighbourhoods of Chernihiv with powerful, indiscriminate weapons - unguided FAB-500 bombs.

Quote: "Russian troops are now using a massive indiscriminate weapon - unguided FAB-500 aerial bombs - against Chernihiv.

Usually such weapons are used against military or industrial targets and fortifications, but in Chernihiv these have been used against residential areas. 

Three such unexploded bombs were found today at the site of the downing of a Russian Su-34 fighter-bomber, shot down this morning by air defences near Chernihiv."   

Details: Chaus stressed that Russia has been bombing the town’s residential areas and social facilities for three days in a row.    

Background: on 3 March the bombardment of Chernihiv by Russian aircraft resulted in the death of 47 people.
