Akhmetov: "Russia is an aggressor country, and Putin is a war criminal"

Rinat Akhmetov has publicly called Russia an aggressor country, and its president Vladimir Putin a war criminal.
He said this in response to a question from "Economichna Pravda" (Economic Truth) newspaper.Rinat Akhmetov has publicly called Russia an aggressor country, and its president Vladimir Putin a war criminal.
"Russia is an aggressor country, and Putin is a war criminal because Ukraine has always been a peaceful country and has never attacked anyone. And today, villages, cities and infrastructure are being destroyed in our country, peaceful people are dying and suffering," he said.
In addition, Akhmetov added that any ties his business had with Russia have been terminated, control over his business is lost, right now he doesn’t have any interests and assets there.
The EP also asked whether the richest Ukrainian is helping the Ukrainian army. He replied without giving further details that he "is helping Ukraine and the Ukrainian army to protect the sovereignty of our country and to win, and Ukrainians to survive and to hold out."
