Energodar local authorities back in office. Evacuation currently impossible

The lawful authorities of Energodar have returned to the Town Hall building. The city will be patrolled by local residents, but it is not yet possible to evacuate the residents of Energodar safely.

"The city government has returned to its offices. Hopefully, it will stay this way, and we will be able to work normally.
"In response to the numerous questions we are receiving about the possibility of evacuating women and children - there is no safe 'green' corridor yet!
"The government and international organisations are working on creating one. Energodar is a priority right now. We will definitely inform you when we will be able to evacuate people."
Details: Orlov warned everybody not to use private vehicles right now, and to remove them from building entrances so that they do not obstruct ambulances, fire engines and rubbish lorries.
Curfew is from 18:00 to 05:30.
"Energodar will be patrolled by our appointed residents! Anyone not registered for these patrols, stay at home," the mayor wrote.
Orlov also said that "the hot water lines have started to work again in the city."
He called on the heads of OSBB (heads of apartment blocks) to help get the systems in their homes back up and running.
