Details: Representatives of the Russian occupation forces in Kherson intend to block the patriotic event.

To do this, the occupiers are  "pulling together" 60 representatives of the power bloc and 10 reservists to the Kherson Regional State Administration.

This unit will be dressed in black uniforms resembling the uniforms of Ukrainian law enforcement officers, and they will be armed with so-called  ‘traumatic’ weapons (less-than-lethal weapons) and spray cans.

In this way, the Russian occupation forces will try to prevent activists from entering the Kherson Regional State Administration building.

According to Ukrains’ka Pravda this is not preventing Kherson patriots from going to the rally.

What preceded:

In Kherson, in front of the building of the regional state administration, Russian military equipment is standing, the railway station and the seaport are under Russian control.

Kherson Mayor Igor Kolikhayev said that Russian troops do not allow trucks with humanitarian aid into the city.

At the same time, the Russian occupation forces failed to shoot a video where Kherson residents "happily" meet the occupiers and collect humanitarian aid from the enemy. Ukrainians went to the city with the Ukrainian flags and refused to accept aid packahes from the Russians.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy thanked the proud Ukrainians who found themselves in the occupation, but did not betray the interests of the state, but showed the enemy what pride and self-respect are.
