Russian troops occupy Enerhodar’s city council

Russian troops smashed a window and entered and occupied the City Council building in Enerhodar.

According to Orlov: "At 08:00 all of the local government staff arrived at their workplace, but we couldn’t enter the City Council building. The occupiers have locked all the doors.
