Russian Media: Aeroflot CEO to resign. Aeroflot denies

Russian media report that the CEO of Aeroflot Russian Airlines, the flag carrier and largest airline of the Russian Federation, Mikhail Poluboyarinov, has resigned from his post.

Details: Mikhail Poluboyarinov has resigned from his post as the CEO of Aeroflot Russian Airlines. One of the candidates to replace him is the current Director General of Rossiya [‘Russia’] airline Sergey Aleksandrovskiy.

"Poluboyarinov has left the Aeroflot CEO post. One of the candidates to replace him is Aleksandrovskiy, but the appointment has not yet been approved," according to the TASS source.

At the same time, RBC.ru writes that Aeroflot has denied reports about the resignation of its CEO Mikhail Poluboyarinov.
