Quote: "Yesterday (3 March) one of the laws allowing the appropriate steps regarding Russian property in Ukraine was passed. We are preparing for its implementation.
As part of this, I instructed the leaders of the ARMA (to start the process - UE) and, accordingly, at the request of the NAPC, because according to the law, the NAPC can not physically give instructions. But they themselves have taken the initiative to help implement this process.
Details: According to Nemchinov, government agencies are currently working with the Ministry of Justice to work out the mechanisms of how to do this. "Because not all registries are working at the moment. It is a rather complicated process. But all their employees are on the ground, they are all motivated. Anyone who is not serving now through mobilisation is in the workplace," he added.
Reminder: on Thursday, the Verkhovna Rada [Parliament] approved the decree of the president of Ukraine "On general mobilisation", and also passed a number of laws on increasing responsibility for collaborationism, crimes against the state, confiscation of property of the Russian Federation and propaganda of the aggressor.
