Russian occupation forces have already used a minimum of 95% of their battalion tactical groups and suffer losses in all operational directions– at Polissia, Siversk, Slobozhanshchyna, Tavriisk, and the Joint Forces Operation area, said Oleksiy Danilov, Secretary of the National Security and Defence Council.

Quote: "Ukrainian troops and militaries of the Territory Defence Forces took the initiative, but the enemy still plans to encircle Kyiv and Kharkiv, and to occupy the remainder of the Donetsk and Luhansk Regions.
"In doing so, the Russian occupation government has already used a minimum of 95% of prepared battalion tactical groups and requires the rushing in of reserves. The wheels of Ukraine's Armed Forces, Territory Defence Forces, and other enforcement units effectively and skillfully grind different Z, V, A, and other Russian material for the occupying troops.
"Understanding the weakness of their positions and trying to gain time for redeployment and renewal, the enemy has resorted to airstrikes and rocket-artillery shelling on military and civilian targets.
"This is a consequence of the Kremlin's inability to achieve its goals in Ukraine by military methods, and has led to Putin`s authorization of methods that are nakedly terroristic. This is particularly evident in the use of ambulances bearing the symbol of the Red Cross to move weapons and ammunition; Russian special forces wearing Ukrainian military uniform; and the shelling of peaceful regions, cities, and villages."
Details: According to Danilov, there's a lot of activity in the south, where the Russian occupying forces are concentrating resources to surround Odesa.
