During the evening of 3 March, Russian aircraft bombed the Romensk district and the outskirts of Nedrygailov.

Head of Missile Troops and Artillery Denys Vaschenko said: "Russian troops are firing at civilians. People are staying away from them, hiding in basements, because the Russian orcs have already been to the nearby town of Bilovody. They arrived there in 4 armoured vehicles – and shot, robbed, and threatened the local residents.

"Now they are back at their base and are demanding a negotiator, Ukraine’s Security Service, and the mayor!

"Everyone is afraid of going to them because they shoot you on sight.

"They have made it their base, and snipers have been planted on the building’s roof for three days now. They’ve installed military equipment all around. They are digging some kind of pit with bulldozers and tractors. They are either building a fortification there, or I don’t know what’s going on."
