President Volodymyr Zelenskyy of Ukraine has said that Russia is redeploying its forces from those fronts where the Armed Forces of Ukraine have been successfully repelling them to those where it might be difficult for Ukrainian troops to fight them.

According to Zelenskyy: "North of Kyiv, on the Chernihiv front, and in the Sumy region, our troops continue repelling the occupying forces. They [the Russian troops] themselves are beginning to understand that they will not be able to sustain the same intensity of combat action as they were able to provide in the first half of March.

But we must understand that for the Russian forces, this is part of their strategy… They are withdrawing from those fronts where we are beating them in order to concentrate on other, very important, areas, where it might be very difficult for us [to fight back]."

Details: President Zelenskyy warned that "battles lie ahead."

"We still have a very difficult path ahead of us before we can have everything that we want to have," he said.

Zelenskyy called for restraint in emotions and feelings.
