24 Ukrainian civil servants kept hostage by Russians

According to the Office of the President of Ukraine, Russian troops are keeping 24 Ukrainian local officials and civil servants hostage; there is information that two more might also have been abducted. This is currently being confirmed.

Quote: "The 24 abducted are all officials, among which are town and village heads, their deputies and other representatives of state agencies. These are people who are currently being kept hostage."
Details: Information on two more possible hostages is being verified.
The Office repeated that three employees of the Balaklia City Hall in Kharkiv Region who agreed to cooperate with the Russian occupiers have also been detained by Russian forces: the mayor of Balaklia, Ivan Stolbovy; the deputy mayor, Serhiy Poltorak; and the head of the department of civil protection and cooperation with law enforcement agencies, Oleh Bludov.
