Rebel commander of self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic decide to set up “Mariupol administration”

Denis Pushilin, the rebel commander of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic has ordered the creation of a so-called "Mariupol city administration".

Quote: "I decree that a local administration of the Donetsk People’s Republic be created – the ‘Mariupol city administration’".
Details: He also "decreed that the leadership of the administration shall ensure the development and approval of the regulations for this local authority, its structure and staffing."
Background: The Russian occupying forces in Mariupol purposefully targeted a building marked with a red cross on a white background with air and artillery strikes, as reported by Ukraine’s Azov battalion.
