Destroyed Russian military equipment now more than EU armies possess - Schmigal

Ukrainians have already destroyed more than 4,000 units of Russian military equipment, which is more than some armies in Europe and the world possess, according to Prime Minister Denis Shmyhal.

According to Shmyhal: "The war of liberation of the Ukrainian people has been going on for 5 weeks now. Our defence forces continue to dismantle the Russian army’s military capability, destroying more than 4,000 units of various enemy equipment. This is more than most armies in Europe and the world have in their arsenal."
Details: The Prime Minister added that Ukrainian companies have partially returned to work over the past week.
According to him, the sowing season has already started in 20 regions, whereas the sowing season had begun in only 15 regions by this time in 2021.
Background: As of 31 March, Ukrainian troops have eliminated more than 17,000 Russian military personnel, destroyed more than 600 tanks, 1,735 armoured combat vehicles and more than 300 artillery systems.
