Chernihiv region: Invading forces sustain heavy losses and are moving, possibly retreating

Over the past 24 hours, the Armed Forces of Ukraine have been relentlessly inflicting heavy losses on the Russian forces throughout the Chernihiv region. According to the military administration, the invading forces are moving - either regrouping or retreating.

According to Chaus: " Over the past 24 hours, the Armed Forces of Ukraine have been relentlessly destroying the enemy throughout the Chernihiv region. They have been doing this non-stop, and they are not halting even now. The enemy continues to suffer heavy losses. It is demoralised.
There are movements of troops in the region, but whether it can be called a retreat, I am not so sure. At the very least it is some sort of regrouping, but maybe they are indeed retreating. However, this does not give us any chance to relax. We have to be alert. We all have to keep working.
As soon as we drive the 'Moscal' (Russkies - ed.) abomination away from our city, the full viability of the city will be restored very quickly, I can assure you of that."
