Quote: "The self-proclaimed leader of the Republic of Belarus continues to deny that his country is participating in the war against Ukraine, providing territories for units of the Russian Armed Forces, airfield and transport networks, as well as locations for cruise and ballistic missile launchers.
At the same time, in accordance with international law, ‘a country that provides its airspace, its territory to strike at a third country’ can be considered an aggressor.
The Republic of Belarus is also providing the Russian occupiers with the opportunity to use a network of medical institutions on its territory. Over the last few days a large number of Russian soldiers with various injuries were reported to have arrived in the region of Narovlia Homelska from the territory of Ukraine."
