1 person was killed in Russian shelling of Nizhyn on 29 March, 6 more civilians were injured, including 1 child.

According to Kodola: "6 civilians were injured after yesterday’s shelling, including 1 child. Unfortunately, 1 person also died. 10 private houses were damaged, 3 have been destroyed completely, some cars and garages were also damaged."
Details: Kodola reiterated that the curfew in Nizhyn is in place between 20:00 on 29 March and 05:00 on 31 March.
People are prohibited from being on the streets or other public spaces, including stores.
The local government urges citizens not to endanger their lives.
Meanwhile, it is reported that utility service workers are working as usual.
