Russian troops in the Donetsk Region continue to shell civilians, and apparently want to set up a blockade of Mariupol.

Details: He noted that it's currently hard to determine the exact number of casualties in Mariupol since the city, like other nearby towns, has no mobile phone service.
Shelling began in the town of Ocheretyn. On Thursday evening, occupiers launched two hails of cluster bombs. Two people were injured. Electrical and gas supplies have been damaged.
Quote: "Russia is killing civilians! Today, a woman in Mayorsk died at the hands of the occupiers, and a total of over 70 people have been injured in the region in one day.
"Mariupol is once again under fire. The occupiers shelled at least two neighbourhoods. They hit a supermarket on the western edge and hit a hospital. The city has no electrical, water or gas supplies. Food supply routes are closed. Russia wants to set up the same kind of blockade for the city that the Nazis arranged for Leningrad.
This is a demonstrable massacre of the city that refused to give itself up to the 'Russian universe' to be torn to pieces."
